Crabtree construction is currently hiring the following FULL TIME positions:

CONSTRUCTION superintendent

Crabtree Construction Company is in search of a superintendent that has experience in commercial construction. Candidate will need excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the entire construction process from planning to execution.

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of construction plans.

• Supervise and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.

• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects..

• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Manage project scheduling, including milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation.

EXPERIENCE/Skills:

• Commercial construction: 5 yearS+

• Proficient in project scheduling and coordination.

• Strong background in blueprint reading and interpretation.

• Experience in contract management and administration.

• Excellent supervisory skills to lead on-site construction teams effectively.

• Driver's License (Required)
