Crabtree construction is currently hiring the following FULL TIME positions:

PROJECT MANAGER

Crabtree Construction Company is in search of a project manager that has experience in commercial construction. Candidate will need excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee project from procurement through close out

• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders

• Maintain construction schedule

• Monitor costs, prepare job cost projections, and ensure profitability

• Maintain change order request log and control changes

• Review and maintain log of submittals and shop drawings

• Manage project superintendent and subcontractors

• Attend and conduct regular scheduled meetings with owner and/or architect

Required work experience:

• 3-5 years minimum experience of commercial construction Project management

• Bachelor's degree in construction management (Preferred)

• healthcare construction experience (preferred)
